Growing up in Pennsylvania I have a true love for vintage homespun quilts and the love and history behind them. I chose to use them on my jackets to carry that history and craftmanship forward. This jacket is made from vintage Indigo Mossi cloth from Burkina Faso, West Africa. We then put the antique star patchwork onto the front pocket while utilizing a 1800s patchwork piece made form many homespun fabrics for the sleeve cuffs. The quilt patches look so great with all of the indigo shades in this jacket. The style is a one size fits all and a relaxed fit. A true one of a kind and heritage piece.
We suggest cold water on gentle cycle, line dry and iron if needed
