We combined lot's of beautiful vintage solid black Mossi cloth from Burkina Faso, West Africa along with vintage black/white Kente cloth from Ghana to create this unique one of a kind tote. All of the different shades and textures of the black cloth really lend to the handwoven and special details of each and every cloth used. We even utilized original hand knotted fringe into the piece. Each side of the bag is a different patchwork pattern. The interior is lined with a cotton black canvas and has two pockets to hold all of your loose items. The leather straps are made from a heavy 8oz. leather and secured on with solid copper rivets.
