HF241 Vintage Leather Amulet Pendant Selected By The Highlands Foundry

We found this beautiful vintage leather amulet that is from the Northern African coast and holds a hand written prayer inside. Hand stitched around the edge and has a small metal piece on the back of amulet which just adds to the unique one of a kind feeling of this piece. We then took fabric calico cloth from the late 1800s and braided into a long cord to complete the necklace. We love the colors of this cloth and how it compliments the beautiful soft natural leather color.
