We created this pillow cover in collaboration with another Hudson Valley maker, Salt + Still. We started with vintage cotton ticking cloth, then dyed it with natural walnut, cutch and two shades of indigo dye. Then this bold abstract patchwork was created, combined with a light weight denim back with an invisible zipper to remove for laundering. It's a true statement piece from two artists who celebrate heritage textiles and turning them into new modern pieces for the home.
