We found this amazing vintage WWII heavy canvas duffel to make this one of a kind large tote bag. The canvas is so amazing and a really rich khaki color that I love and don't find that often. We kept the heavy duty brass grommets at the top of the bag and double felled seam on the back. You can even see the name of the soldier that owned it on the side of the bag where he wrote his name, Steven Krawitz. We also reinforced the bottom of the bag with a heavy chestnut colored leather. The interior of the bag is lined with a heavy cotton duck canvas cloth with a double pocket.
